Work with me

About

A software engineer based in Moscow. 6 years of building web apps, APIs and products that people actually use, with clean code and a focus on performance.

My story

I wrote my first lines of code to build a small game for my friends. Six years later, I still love turning ideas into working software.

I’m Barış Sezer, a software engineer based in Moscow. I work with startups, agencies and teams who care about quality as much as I do, building everything from responsive frontends to scalable backend systems.

I usually work independently and collaborate closely with designers and product teams when a project needs it. I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets my full attention from the first meeting to the final deploy.

How I work

Four habits I don’t break. They’re why clients come back.

Clean code first

I write readable, tested and maintainable code, because the next developer matters too.

Clear communication

Regular updates, honest timelines, and no surprises at the end of a sprint.

Fewer, better

A limited number of projects at a time, so every one gets my full focus.

Built to scale

Every project ships with documentation, solid architecture and room to grow.
