Terms
How I handle your data, this website and the small print of working together — written to be read.
Using this website
This website is run by Barış Sezer, Moscow, Russia. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Client projects are shown with permission.
Working together
Every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline and fee. Work begins once the proposal is signed and the first milestone is paid.
Intellectual property
Once the final invoice is paid, you own the code written for your project. I keep the right to describe the work in my portfolio and journal, without sharing confidential details, unless we agree otherwise.
Privacy
I only collect what I need to reply to you and to deliver your project. I never sell your data. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to Baris@bakaty.agency.
Cookies
I use a small number of cookies to keep this website working and to count visits anonymously. No advertising cookies, and no browsing data shared with third parties.
