Overview

The challenge

Kiln & Co. ran four restaurants on paper bookings and phone calls. Double bookings and no-shows were costing them tables every weekend.

What I built

A React web app for guests, a React Native app for floor staff, and a NestJS backend with Redis for real-time table status. SMS reminders run through Twilio.

The result

No-shows fell by 30%, table turnover improved by 15%, and the system now runs across all four Kiln & Co. locations.
